Position profile:
+ Champion overall creative leadership through breakthrough, creative ideas
+ Lead creative presentations with strong analytical and communication skills
+ Ability to define design opportunities and articulate creative brief
+ Be a creative thinker with great attention to detail, eg. typography sensitivity
+ Enjoy collaborating with the team and managing multiple activities with ease and effectiveness
+ Technical know-how with good understanding of design process & usability design principles
+ Good understanding of printing technology, material & technical design detailing
Key role:
+ Overall responsibility of managing all stages of the design development process (i.e. market & consumer study, information review, strategy, creative brief, design system, detailing, supervision, integration & presentation)
+ Ability to handle projects independently
+ Working hands on and inspire and guide the design team to excel.
Background:
+ Graduate / Postgraduate in Design from a premier institute
+ Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in branding & user experience design
